Senior Staff

Our senior leadership, along with our additional recruiters and administrative personnel, are what make Milman Search Great.  Meet a few of our company’s leaders.

Ron Milman, President

For years, people told me that I should be in the Executive Recruitment field.  Well, I am very glad that I listened to them, because I consider myself lucky to be doing something that I absolutely love.  I get to talk to great people every day, and I have the privilege of connecting them with great opportunities.

After earning my Degree in Communication, I  entered the sales field. About a year later, I founded the Milman Textile Corp. and built it into a leading company in the distribution of both foreign and domestic fabrics throughout the U.S. After selling the company in 2001, I was recruited to join a major national for -profit college as Director of Admissions, and then Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the California campuses.  Mangaging over 100 people required me to always be recruiting new talent. After awhile, I decided that was what I wanted to do as my career.

I joined an existing small recruiting firm as President, and continued to learn from those around me. I was hooked immediately! I recruited for multiple industries, and developed relationships with some of the very best companies in the country.

So now with MSG, and the years of all those experiences in my pocket, I am more sure than ever that this is the right place for me.  I have worked in sales, management, recruitment, marketing, conducted seminars and trainings and extensive research, built marketing campaigns, and the list goes on.  I have been lucky enough to have great relationships with the people I work for, and work with.  I have been able to build a company that focuses on people before everything else, and building the bridges for people is where my true passion lies.

Allyson Mazer, Senior Recruiter

I came to Milman Search Group 2 years ago with over 20 years of recruiting experience in many fields including Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, and Human Resources.  I have worked with clients of all sizes from Mom & Pop to Fortune 500 and across pretty much all industries. I have been able to build a solid reputation for a strong work ethic, high energy level, approachability and consistent commitment to company success.  I love working with people, and so when the opportunity to join MSG was presented to me, it was a no brainer for me to come aboard.  Our team here and our clients feel like family, and we have done some really great work together.  When I’m not busy working, you can find me riding my bike, playing tennis, or spending time with my husband, two children and two dogs.
